What we collect

When you send the contact form: your name, company, role, email or WhatsApp number, project details, your message and any files you attach. Nothing else is asked for.

When someone opens a unit link: an anonymous random identifier stored in a cookie, the time, and whether the device is a phone, tablet or desktop. We don't store IP addresses — only a salted hash, kept to limit abuse of the form.

When you visit this site: the same anonymous identifier, the website you came from (its domain only), how far you scrolled through the page and which buttons you pressed. We count this ourselves; no third-party analytics or advertising scripts run on the site.

Why

To reply to you, prepare a demo or pilot, and show the developer or agency that created a unit link whether it was opened. We don't sell or share your details, and we don't use advertising trackers.

Your plans and files

Floor plans you send are used only to prepare models for your project and are deleted on request.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted, in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law. Write to support@unitahead.com and we'll act on it.
